Greg has been coaching athletes for over 25 years. He has worked with triathletes, cyclists (mountain bike, road, time trial, and cyclo-cross racers), runners, swimmers, and cross-country skiers.
Greg connects his commitment to assisting athletes of all levels to reach their highest potential with his experience as a Sports Scientist. Not only does Greg work directly with athletes on developing scientifically based personalized training programs and event plans as well as consultants with Olympic and World Champion athletes regarding training, product selection, and implementing race strategies. Greg is also active in current Sports Performance research and teaches and lectures at several universities across North America.
