During his leisure time, Martin finds solace in a variety of outdoor pursuits such as trail running, backpacking, biking, and sport shooting. Above all, he values the company of his cherished family and friends. Learning new sports as an adult is a humbling experience for him, as it fosters a deeper connection with his students who embark on similar journeys.

Born and raised in Poland, Martin proudly embraces his accented English while remaining fluent in his native Polish. Additionally, he carries the honorable distinction of being a combat veteran of the U.S. Army.
