The purpose of the Ed Staff annual training is to prepare for providing the best experience possible for PSIA instructors in the areas of ski education, ski clinics and instructor assessment events. Off-snow we discuss the ongoing curriculum and cohesive messaging to our members about the role and work of the PSIA Education Staff. The Education Staff develops the tools for the most effective teaching and skiing that translate into safe, meaningful and enjoyable time for the students of the PSIA-certified ski instructors.
